In 2014, the Noma restaurant in Copenhagen was crowned the Best Restaurant in the World. During this exclusive incentive, you’ll provide your clients a gastronomic experience that they’ll be talking about for years. Mouth-wateringly delicious!

Of course, going to all the way to Copenhagen just to eat at a restaurant is a bit much, even if it is one of the world’s best. During this 2-day city trip, you’ll also be pampering your clients with an overnight stay in a superb hotel, serving up, among other things, a visit to the city in an “old timer” car, and a visit to the Little Mermaid, along with a glass of champagne.

You’ll then travel by boat to the Noma restaurant, where the team from the two-Michelin star chef, René Redzepi, will greet you in a private room with a seven-course dinner and the accompanying wines. At the Best Restaurant in the World of 2014, you will become acquainted with a particularly original translation of the term “Scandinavian gastronomy”, made with the best ingredients using traditional and inventive culinary techniques. So don’t expect olive oil, foie gras, sundried tomatoes or black olives. Here, you’re taste buds will be tickled by musk ox from Greenland, Icelandic Skyr curd, black berries and herbs and wild plants plucked from the natural landscape. And of course there’s halibut and cod – salted, smoked, pickled and grilled in-house.
